We are presenting the current less-than-truckload (LTL) Rules Tariff. This tariff is effective from its publication date until the publication date of the next version, and individual tariff items may be added, deleted or revised during a year, shown with a suffix. Where the item is suffixed with a letter, the letter A cancels the original item, the letter B cancels A, etc., as of the effective date of the publication of that change. Shipments that are covered by a tariff will be covered by the version of the tariff, and the individual items within the tariff, that are in effect on the date of the shipment.
